The Dam West HOA is a non-profit corporation operated by an elected seven member Board of Directors. The Board is governed by Covenants, Restrictions, Bylaws, and Articles of Incorporation. All homeowners are encouraged to attend the Board Meetings, held the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm in the Clubhouse.

The Association has a variety of committees that aid in the maintenance of the facilities and arrange activities. They are: Architectural Control, Newsletter, Parks, Social, Pool, Security, Tennis, and Welcoming. All homeowners are encouraged to become active in any of these areas.

The Dam is a unique community with a strong cohesiveness and friendliness. Homeowners take pride in their individual homes, the common properties and the facilities available. Architectural controls and community interest keep the area in the fine condition that attracted you to the Dam West.
